Clear photos of the defect taken from multiple angles.
Your full name, order number, and a description of the issue.
The specific page number(s) where the defect is located.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report any issues. If the defect is due to a production error or damage during shipping, we will arrange a replacement for you.
Reports submitted after the 30-day period may not be eligible for resolution.

Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.Memory Book is not responsible for customer-generated errors, including but not limited to spelling, grammatical, or typographical mistakes, low-resolution or dark images, incorrect order quantities, or other ordering errors.
